Bookings
Private Tuition, Parties or Performances: Please use the webform on our Contact page to get in touch with us about bookings. You'll be sent an invoice to pay once we have arranged a suitable session time and date.

The Factory Fitness and Dance Centre in N19 near Finsbury Park and Upper Holloway.

If you have an incomplete course or remaining credits from March 20th 2020 with Contours Pole, please write US an email using our contact form.
PAYMENTS:
All committed bookings require pre-payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. Payments can be made online via PayPal or bank transfer.
We regret that we do not offer refunds. If exceptions are to be made it will be at the discretion of the owner and the decision is final.
BOOKINGS:
Bookings must be made in advance. Please do not arrive late for any session; no extra time would be implemented for latecomers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CLASSES:
You can reschedule or cancel a class booking no less than 3 hours prior to a lesson. Less than 3 hours notice will be considered a non-attendance and your session will be lost.
Should the number of participants per class be less than 4 attendees, then Contours Pole reserves the right to cancel the session at any time. In this case, payments will be reimbursed to the customer or transferred to another time slot.
PARTIES:
If you would like to amend a booking, we request no less than 48 hours notice to make the alteration.
Booking cancellations require 7 days notice and £50 will be retained by Contours Pole to cover the advance studio hire fee.
No show after 45 mins for a party will result in cancellation of the class. No refund will be offered.
PRIVATE LESSONS:
If you would like to amend a booking, we request no less than 48 hours notice to make the alteration.
If you would like to completely cancel a booking, we request no less than 48 hours notice in order to issue a refund.
Please be advised that £35 of the original payment will be retained by Contours Pole to cover advance studio hire.
If a booked private student is later than 30 minutes after the agreed start of the session, it will result in class cancellation and no refund.
CREDITS:
5 sessions are valid for 2 months from date of purchase
10 sessions are valid for 4 months from date of purchase
WORKSHOPS:
We do not offer refunds for any Contours Pole or visiting guest workshop cancellations.
